1 to 2 Years warranty

Our equipment comes with a one or up to two years warranty depending on the equipment. We are proud of the quality machines we offer that last 70 percent longer than those offered by competitors.

In-state free delivery

We will bring the machine to your business if it is located within the state of California. For out of state clients, we utilize a third party shipping company. Our pricing will be upfront, and that will be the only cost for you.

In-person training

You will be given inside tips on effective customer treatment by one of our certified aesthetic instructors as well as a demonstration of how the machines work.

Ken is a successful entrepreneur, Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, and founder of BSG Aesthetics Solutions Co. Not only does he have 15+ years of extensive experience assisting patients and licensed surgeons in plastic surgery and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, but he was also the business partner and chief consultant for the Plastic Surgery Center and Med Spa. He aims to utilize his experience to bring new and existing business owners the key to success by sharing his knowledge of proven and effective methods and strategies.

Alex Waskul - Marketing Manager

I joined the BSG team in and am currently the marketing manager, working on the online side of the business. I am a graduate from the University of California, Riverside, both undergraduate and their A. Gary Anderson School of Management focusing on marketing and management. My passion for marketing comes from the impactful and strategic decision making required to be successful.

I started working at BSG because it was clear to me the team at BSG was passionate and driven.  Everything from the Products to the Devices are of the highest quality and best design. Coming with a wide range of experience such as Warehouse Management, Customer Service and Problem Solving. I also have almost 2 decades of experience in Holistic Health and Massage Therapy.  I strive to deliver excellent customer service and maintain smooth internal operations at BSG.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
• Please mail your return to:

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
• We accept exchanges on items purchased only up to 30 days after the original purchase. 
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange. 
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information. 
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days.  Please contact customer service at support@bsgaesthetics.com or by phone at 818-252-9557  (M-F 9AM-6PM PST) and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
